“Drivers & Riders”
Challenge:
Uber needs drivers and riders to exist, obvi. And as competition grew in the category, both of those audiences needed encouragement to choose Uber.
Solution (TV, Social, Digital):
We created two fully integrated campaigns which included TV, online video, display, Facebook, and Instagram. First, we told potential drivers to “Get Your Side Hustle On” by crafting a campaign that showed just how easy and profitable it is to drive with Uber. And then we inspired newbies to take their first ride by featuring suburban folks using Uber as “The Better Way To Get There.”
Results:
Brand reputation increased, while Drivers increased by 66%, and Ridership increased by 35% during the campaign.
